Thank you for choosing us! We’re delighted to help keep your furry family members healthy and happy. Dr. Burns and our wonderful team are committed to providing exceptional care while nurturing the special bond between you and your pets. We want you to feel right at home during your visit.

If this is your pet’s first visit, please bring their medical records along. You can also fill out our Client Information Sheet online beforehand, or if your pet is scheduled for a procedure, please use the Admission Form to ensure a quick and smooth drop-off.

We understand that some pets can get anxious, and we’ll do our best to keep everything on schedule. If your pet feels more comfortable with you nearby, just let us know! We space out our appointments to maintain a peaceful environment in the lobby, which helps everyone feel more relaxed. We aim to bring you and your pet right into an exam room as soon as possible. If there’s a wait, feel free to stay in your car; we’ll come out to get you when a room is ready. Should you need assistance bringing in your pet, simply call us when you arrive, and we’ll be glad to help you both into the office.

When you arrive, one of our friendly nurses will greet you and explain what to expect during the appointment. To make the visit more enjoyable for your pet, we keep treats in our exam rooms to help keep them cheerful and distracted during their check-up.

If your pet is feeling unwell and isn’t up to date on vaccinations, we kindly ask that you wait in your car until we can bring you in. This helps us keep all our patients safe and healthy.
