Our animal hospital is located in beautiful Boynton Beach Florida. The goal of our team is to provide excellence in veterinary medicine, surgery, and preventive healthcare. Dr. Burns, the client relations members as well as our compassionate nursing staff is ready to assist you and your pet from their playful years, well into their golden years.

The mission of Floresta Animal Hospital is to provide the "gold standard" in veterinary medicine. Our hospital is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). AAHA is the only voluntary organization that accredits animal hospitals throughout the U.S. and Canada. AAHA Accredited hospitals voluntarily choose to be evaluated on 900 standards in the following areas: quality of care; diagnostics and pharmacy; management; medical records and facility. The Standards developed and published by AAHA are widely accepted as representing those components of veterinary practice that represent high quality care. The Standards are periodically reviewed and updated to ensure that they remain consistent with evolving knowledge and technology. Accreditation helps veterinary hospitals stay on the leading edge of veterinary medicine and provide the quality and range of services you and your pet deserve.These higher standards are adhered to strictly, ensuring the best possible treatment of your beloved family member. We will maintain a state of the art hospital and nursing facility staffed by qualified and compassionate support members.

Dr. Burns and the staff at Floresta Animal Hospital have worked together in the area of Boynton Beach since 1995. Circumstances gave rise to open our hospital in 2004. Dr. Burns is a south Florida native and a graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Veterinary Medicine. We invite you to come by for a visit and tour of our facility, and Go GATORS!
